Senior Marketing Manager- Americas
The role of Senior Marketing Manager – Americas will report directly to the Head of Marketing, and work collaboratively with the Americas Business Development team, and other functions in our business to devise, implement, and assess the marketing strategy for the region
Responsibilities
Strategy
4. Develop and implement the regional marketing strategy to deliver regional lead generation and retention targets.
5. Undertake research on (i) customers, (ii) markets and (iii) competitors and identify potential areas to invest in.
6. Be a champion for and represent the interests of the region at internal and external stakeholder meetings.
7. Work with third party agencies to bring this strategy to life.
8. Manage the regional marketing budgets, in line with organisational policy and procedures, by projecting costs, determining necessary adjustments, reviewing expenditures and preparing written commentary on the budget and/or variations as required.
Regional marcomms
9. Develop relationships with Preferred Partners, influencers, trade media and industry associations in region; build and maintain database of contacts in order to leverage relevant opportunities for CDE.
10. Oversee & implement the planning and evaluation of all marcomms for the market in conjunction with inhouse and external agency support.
11. Oversee & implement all regional comms and content development for owned digital channels in conjunction with Digital Marketing.
12. Define marketing collateral requirements, managing production, such as project case studies, project videos and all CDE literature, electronic media, site personnel and vehicles and promotional merchandise.
13. Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all CDE’s attendance and speaking opportunities at all external events to include exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, masterclasses, technical presentations and open day events.
Customer Relationship Management
14. Oversee the management of accurate databases for customers and prospects using company systems, supporting other business functions in their execution of this.
15. Oversee the development and use of uptodate databases to build relationships with existing and prospective customers to achieve annual revenue targets.
Evaluate
16. Supervise information gathering or the compilation of statistics pertinent to the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing plans; refining and adjusting activities, as required.
17. Prepare & deliver reports, outlining progress against Marketing & Business Development KPIs.
18. Ensure you are building consistency across the region in developing pipelines/opportunities to be used in building Business Development forecasts, as well as in the creation of dashboards/reports for both senior management as well as Business Development management.
19. Adaption of plans based on market, company, customer insights & evaluation.

20. Manage any direct reports, ensuring that regular performance reviews are carried out and that staff understand how their work contributes to the organisation’s performance.
21. Adhere to CDE policy and practice.
22. Carry out any other duties within the reason and capability associated with this role.
What you will need
Required criteria
23. Demonstrable experience marketing in or to the Americas region.
24. Have more than 5 years marketing experience at Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager level in a fast-paced working environment.
25. • Demonstrable experience developing, implementing, managing and evaluating best in class through-the-line marketing strategies on a number of projects running simultaneously.
26. Experience of dealer networks and demonstrable lead generation experience
Desired criteria
27. Have a digital marketing qualification or working towards a digital marketing qualification such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or the Digital Marketing Institute.
