IT Helpdesk Engineer - Luton- On - Site - £26,000 to £28,000 per year
FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a leading Technology company to assist with their recruitment of a Helpdesk Technical Support Engineer.
The successful candidate will provide enterprise-level technical assistance. This role will be a full-time position based out of their Luton office.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, software and hardware including desktops, monitors, printers, routers, firewalls and access points.
* Assist with setting up and configuring computer systems
* Provide hardware support and installations covering PC's.
* Escalate tickets to 2 nd /3 rd Line support.
Experience/Qualification:
* Proven experience in a customer facing role
* ITIL
* HyperV/ VMWare
* Hardware and Software
* Microsoft 365
* Ability to write reports and technical documents
* Certifications or a Technical qualification in IT
* Windows 10/11
* IT Glue
* Cisco
* SharePoint, Teams and Intune
* Background of working for an MSP
