The Peninsula London is seeking to hire a talented Restaurant Manager, who has exceptional experience, to oversee our Cantonese Restaurant operations whilst being an integral part of our guest-focused service.
On the ground floor, Canton Blue, the hotels innovative Cantonese restaurant, will celebrate the spice-trade union of Asian and British cultures with menus of creative dishes, along with cocktails, and artisanal teas.
