Your new company
Hays are working with a public sector organisation to appoint a Recruitment Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. This is initially a 3-3-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
Your new role
1. Support the HR team with end to end recruitment activities
2. Work with line managers to keep them up to date on the status of recruitment processes
3. Liaise with candidates to schedule interviews and provide offers and feedback
4. Prepare recruitment related paperwork and ensure that all documentation is accurate and compliant
What you'll need to succeed
1. Previous experience working within an HR department
2. Previous experience with recruitment and/or HR administration
3. A sound understanding of recruitment best practice
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Previous experience with an HRIS (PAMS preferred but not essential)
What you'll get in return
1. £14.50 per hour
2. 3-month assignment with possibility of extending
