The role:
Duty and Assessment are the single point of contact for safeguarding children and Young People within the area. The service is made up of 6 Teams, each with a Team Manager, Advanced Practitioner, 6 Social workers and Senior Social Workers and a Newly Qualified worker.
About you:
You will be motivated to deliver change across the teams and strive to provide the best service possible. You will be Social Work England registered and have extensive management experience within Duty and Assessment or front line teams.
