Flourish Education are seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) on a full-time basis to work in a mainstream 2-form entry primary school in Cirencester. The school is located in Cirencester and has great access to public transport. The SEN teaching assistant (TA) would need to have previous experience working with SEN children with and be committed to a long-term position until the end of the academic year. The right candidate will be looking for a September start. The SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) role To support the class teacher with everyday activities. To provide 1-to-1 support and build relationships with designated SEN pupils. Provide safety to the class children. Ability to manage challenging behaviour. Required skills and experience for the SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) role. 1-to-1 SEN experience is essential. Qualified minimum level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent.
