Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across a range of primary subjects to students aged 4-11. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement, well-being, and learning. Adapt lessons to meet the individual learning needs of students. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe, focused, and productive learning space. Work collaboratively with school staff to provide continuity and support during your placement. Follow school policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism and a high standard of teaching at all times. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching primary-aged children is preferred but not essential. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage young learners. Flexibility to take on both day-to-day and long-term assignments. An Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one (we can assist with this process).
