As our Service Charge Administrator you’ll support the team to complete all admin tasks related to existing services charges and service charges for new build properties.
This will be a varied role, where you will find yourself completing a number of admin tasks. This will include monitoring emails, responding where you can and sharing with colleagues for their attention and action. You’ll complete mail-merges, you’ll be using Excel regularly to update our inhouse system as well as using our Dynamics system to keep records up to date and answer queries.
You’ll be working alongside the Service Charge Officers and liaise with other internal colleagues regarding the administration of service charges and new developments.
The workload will fluctuate and there will definitely be busy times, but by working with the service charge team you’ll be able to prioritise and agree the workload between you.
About you
You’re going to be a great people person with strong admin skills to match. Being able to create strong working relationships in the role will be really important and will help to get the job done. At times it will be busy, so working at pace and changing priorities will not phase you.
You’ll be confident in your IT skills, having used systems and Microsoft products in the past. You’ll be happy creating mail-merges, using formula’s and pivot tables in Excel, responding to emails in a professional manner and keeping accurate records within a database.
Ideally you’ll live in commutable distance to Devizes, which will enable you to have face to face training when you start the role and meet with the team on a regular basis. You’ll also meet with the wider team on a regular basis for meetings so having a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle will enable you to travel to other HUBs.
In role the job will be known as Service Charge and New Build Administrator.
