This is a varied administrative role, perfect for someone with experience in a similar position. You will provide support to the team, ensuring effective communication and efficient workload management.

Main duties of the job
Reporting into the Dietetic Head of Service, your responsibilities will include:
1. Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Nutrition and Dietetics team, including senior staff and the Head of Services.
2. Liaise with a variety of people, including service users, clinical staff, and other departments.
3. Manage your workload, working with the Dietetic Head of Services and senior team members to keep everything organised.
4. Ensure that all administrative tasks are carried out accurately and within agreed timescales.
5. Maintain confidentiality, handling sensitive information responsibly.

Qualifications & Training Essential
* English Language & Maths at GCSE grade C or above or equivalent
* RSA 2 (typing/word processing) or equivalent
* Recognised qualification - NVQ 3 or equivalent experience
Experience Essential
* Significant Experience of working in a busy office environment in a secretarial/admin role
Knowledge & Skills Essential
* Word processing skills
* Ability working with established office systems - Microsoft packages (word, excel and email)
* Good Organisational skills
* Good communication skills both verbal and written
