Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales & Marketing Senior Manager to join our dynamic consulting team. The ideal candidate will possess strong management consulting expertise, with a deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies, a holistic view of business models in different industries. This involves working closely with clients to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives that drive growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Growth Marketing sub-practice within Marketing Advisory, managing the team, driving new sales, developing though leadership and overseeing delivery
* Lead End-to-End Marketing Transformation programmes, focused on top-line growth
* Lead Go-To-Market efforts across industries in the Growth Marketing space
* Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within client organizations.
* Provide expert advice on sales processes, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
* Design and implement integrated sales & marketing operating models for clients
* Work with cross-functional teams across the wider Accenture and clients to enhance brand positioning, customer acquisition and monetization.
* Drive multi-disciplinary Accenture and client teams towards developing sales & marketing go-to-market strategies, design and implement marketing campaigns, leveraging digital and traditional channels.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in management consulting, sales, or marketing strategy.
* Deep analytical skills and capacity to structure complex and loosely defined problems.
* Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end sales and marketing transformation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
* Strong project management and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in multiple industries, including B2B and B2C markets.
* Experience with marketing models, digital marketing trends, and performance marketing.
* Familiarity with consulting frameworks and methodologies.
