Timetable and Records Administrator (CC12595) - Bath, BA2 7AYWe are seeking a detail-oriented Timetable and Records Administrator to join our Academic Registry team on a fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to contribute to the efficient delivery of our timetabling service for the University. About the role As a Timetable and Records Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the timetabling service, ensuring data accuracy across university systems. You will manage communications with staff and students, including maintaining our web pages and handling room bookings. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Other responsibilities include:Supporting the timetabling team by understanding student records and resolving data inconsistencies. Coordinating and delivering communications to staff and students. Administering ad-hoc room bookings, study space bookings and coordinating Welcome Week room bookings. Ensuring high-quality data management across timetabling, student records, and examination systems. Using and maintaining university systems such as timetabling and study space booking software, student records database, and Microsoft Office 365 applications including Sharepoint. Responding to queries from students, staff, and external contacts with professionalism and accuracy. About youTo succeed in this role, you will have: experience in an administrative role, ideally within Higher Education. strong communication skills, both written and verbal. a high level of digital literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
