Senior Client Manager – £40,000 - £50,000 DOE – London / Hybrid
Work with an amazing team on some incredible and innovative OOH campaigns – this could be across digital, solutions and experiences.

Really exciting role to work with a top-level client, directly with them on creative solutions. Supported by a dedicated and collaborative client services team, this position will focus the majority of your time on one key account. As a Senior Client Manager, you will be expected to integrate seamlessly with the client’s team and develop innovative ideas both in response to briefs and spontaneously.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with your clients and their cross-agency teams, working together to drive growth across your account portfolio.
* Develop and maintain a strong presence across key clients and agencies through regular outreach, presentations, and inspiration sessions as needed.
* Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., Marketing, Insight, International) to maximize income opportunities and enhance the overall client experience.
* Identify emerging trends, products, and partners to drive innovation.
* Ensure adherence to all booking procedures.
* Keep all sales collateral, specific information, and presentations updated according to guidelines and industry requirements.
Key Requirements
* You’re an experienced professional in creative media or brand experience.
* Proven track record in analysing briefs, offering strategic recommendations, crafting precise and boundary-pushing creative briefs, and assembling innovative pitch proposals.
* Capable of independently leading projects while also knowing when to seek support from the team or the team head.
* Possess exceptional attention to detail and are confident in leveraging your client knowledge and broader campaign strategy during internal discussions.
* Skilled in communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, with open communication as a core aspect of your working style.
* Deep understanding of the media landscape, particularly how OOH and Brand Experience complement other channels.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
