This role will be based in the North, Midlands or Scotland.\n\nResponsibilities: \n\nDevelop and execute a strategic sales agenda to increase the company's market share\nCreate and manage individual business development strategies that will deliver results for identified Key Accounts\nIdentify potential new Travel Agents, Concierge Desks and Luxury Specialists.\nRepresent and promote the company at trade shows, dinners, and sales calls.\nCollaborate with the UK Sales team and other cross-functional teams, to ensure execution of business plans.\nAnalyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.\nStudy the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with existing and new partners.\nProvide monthly reports on sales performance, BDM activities and intelligence gained from market and competitors.\nAttend & represent travel trade, consumer, and media events / shows (some weekend work might be required).\nAssist & provide support with: Planning dinners / events / trade shows, FAM Trips (organizing & hosting) & Incentives \n\nYou will have: \n\n3 + years of experience in sales or business development within the hospitality industry, ideally the luxury sector in UK\nUniversity/College degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management or equivalent vocational education\nDriving license preferred.\nHighest level of competency in the use of Microsoft office programs is required.\nThis is a remote position, and candidates can be based in the North, Midlands or Scotland \n\nInterested? \n\nTo apply for this exciting travel position, please send your CV to (url removed), call Hollie on (phone number removed) or 'Apply Now' and follow instructions
