About the Role: Join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, effective HR services, contributing to a dynamic and supportive work environment. In this exciting position, you'll manage and participate in day-to-day operations and transactional services, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. You'll be responsible for executing payroll and HR administration services at the Halstead Plant, adhering to legal requirements and Group policies. If you're passionate about HR and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you Main Responsibilities:You will collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure all monthly changes are updated onto SAP by the payroll deadline and ensure timely and accurate payments. Additionally, you will address all employee queries within set guidelines. You will ensure timely HR administration throughout the full employee lifecycle, collecting and managing data to share with the HR Shared Service team. Maintaining data accuracy and integrity in all HR systems by running audit reports and investigating errors will be crucial. You will also conduct regular audits of data across the different systems to ensure alignment, monitor assigned dashboards, and take corrective action where required. Ensuring adherence to data privacy policies and maintaining strict confidentiality to protect employee data privacy is essential. You will ensure all sick notes and reasons for absence forms are recorded, saved, and communicated to Payroll/Labour Analysts within given timescales. Contributing to internal and external audits, participating in project work, and other ad hoc duties as required by the HR department will also be important aspects of your role. You will monitor absence entry and manage data on our timekeeping system. Who we are looking for: The ideal candidate will be part CIPD qualified or possess equivalent experience and aptitude. Proficiency in Excel is essential, along with strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail. A flexible and positive attitude is crucial, as well as the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and plan effectively. Experience working in a Industrial/FMCG environment is advantageous and will be beneficial in adapting to the dynamic nature of the role.
