* As a Construction Office Manager, you will take ownership of key office functions that support construction operations.
* This role involves scheduling work, managing essential documentation, and overseeing procurement processes.
* Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the smooth running of projects.
* You will be responsible for planning and coordinating work schedules, preparing and organising RAMS documentation and overseeing purchasing of materials and equipment.
* Supporting contract and project administration, maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
1. To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative or office management role within construction, facilities management, or a related sector.
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Packages and the ability to learn in-house systems.
