Contact Centre Agent Job Type: Temporary ongoing Location: central Bexleyheath (hybrid after training 2/3 days in office dependant on business needs) Working Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 Hourly rate: £13.85 PAYE per hour We are seeking a Contact Centre Agent to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with excellent experience in a Contact Centre environment, capable of handling calls and addressing a wide range of issues in a professional and customer-focused manner. Day-to-day of the role: Handle incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. Address and resolve customer issues, providing accurate and appropriate information. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics but also have the flexibility to adapt when needed. Enter new customer information into the system and update existing customer information. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your knowledge and skills. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a Contact Centre environment. Strong ICT skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment. Must be able to attend in-house training and work from our Bexleyheath office. Benefits: Comprehensive in-house training.
