We're working on behalf of a fantastic client who is looking to expand their ServiceNow practice with an experienced Technical Consultant specialising in IRM/GRC. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, delivering impactful solutions to high-profile clients across various sectors.
What you'll be doing:
1. Working on end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions
2. Gathering and translating client requirements into technical designs and configurations
3. Developing and configuring applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform
4. Supporting delivery teams with best practice guidance and technical leadership
5. Collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
What we're looking for:
1. Solid experience working as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, ideally in a consultancy or enterprise environment
2. Proven experience with ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and ideally Security Operations
3. Strong understanding of ServiceNow's platform capabilities and best practices
4. Ability to work closely with clients, translating business needs into technical solutions
5. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-GRC, CIS-Risk) are highly desirable
