Your Opportunity Awaits
As our Business Operations Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in managing key operational processes and providing comprehensive support to our growing team. You'll be at the heart of our digital transformation initiatives, working closely with our Chief Operating Officer to implement and optimise our business systems, as well as provide a general administrative function.
Key aspects of your role will include:
* Leading our SharePoint migration and digital filing system implementation
* Coordinating end-to-end bid processes and proposal development
* Managing employee onboarding and supporting our positive workplace culture
* Handling various administrative duties from travel arrangements to document management/control
Here are the experiences and attributes we'd love you to bring:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or operational role
* Demonstrated experience with SharePoint or similar systems
* Strong project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience in bid/tender coordination (preferred)
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, flexible approach and ability to work independently
