We are looking for a Cardiac Assistant Practitioner to join our East Kent Community Cardiac Nursing Team based in Whitstable.
We provide a specialist service to adult patients with complex cardiac conditions across East Kent, primarily heart failure. As part of the highly specialist nursing team, you will help support patients with chronic cardiac conditions that have been identified as having ongoing needs and would benefit from focused management.

We have access to weekly multidisciplinary team meetings with a consultant cardiologist.
Additional Working Pattern: Monday - Friday split Canterbury Thanet.
