Position Overview:
As our Amazon Account Director, you’ll be the driving force behind our client relationships and team success. You’ll manage 10-40 Amazon accounts, using our automated systems and internal App to achieve clients' growth.
About the Role:
* Lead & Strategise: Oversee 10-40 Amazon accounts using our automated system to drive growth and optimise performance.
* Team Leadership: Mentor up to 3 Account Managers and their teams, fostering excellence and collaboration.
* Client Success: Develop and implement strategies, monitor key metrics, and ensure high client satisfaction.
* Innovate Processes: Lead meetings to solve challenges and streamline operations for better efficiency.
* Build Relationships: Maintain strong client partnerships to ensure successful Amazon journeys.
* Strategic Planning: Create and execute quarterly strategic plans with Account Managers.
* Monitor Performance: Track and report on KPIs like sales, churn rates, and content quality.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: 3+ years with Amazon Seller Central and 2+ years in an agency environment.
* Leadership: Proven management skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient with tools like Google Meet, Slack, and Asana.
* Passion: Strong commitment to boosting Amazon sales and ensuring client success.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to drive client growth.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
