You will be responsible for the delivery of human resource administrative processes, and will be engaged in all aspects of the partnership within the EMEA HR team. Role and Responsibilities Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle: Manage the employee lifecycle processes workday, including overseeing onboarding, background checks, changes in terms & conditions, leavers and generate letters and other documents. Providing guidance to both hiring managers and new employees on the on and off boarding processes. Proactively contact new joiners to ensure a smooth employee experience during the first 90 days. Carry out right to work checks and maintain spreadsheet with any new starters, and date of checks. Ensure all new starter documentation and forms are submitted and filed. HR Administration & Compliance: Contribute to the monthly payroll meetings, ensuring all information is provided and communicated with the payroll team. Support benefits communications and administration, including pensions, healthcare, and leave entitlements Produce reports from Workday as required, maintain system and process documentation; participate in system testing Maintain and correct data on Workday, as well as performing ongoing audits Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, payroll details, and probation reviews. Responsible for the reporting of probation reviews date and FTC end dates and notifying managers in advance of end dates Tracking invoices and payments to vendors with our accounts team to ensure timely processing. Employee Relations & Engagement: Manage Jira ticketing system pick up any HR related queries and escalate any complex issues to the relevant team members. Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures. Perform a variety of activities to support the HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence in the delivery and administration of HR programmes and services Key Requirements The ideal candidate will have prior experience within an administration role, as well as: Excellent people and teamwork skills; communicative and open to new challenges in a rapidly changing environment Computer literate including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel,.
