OVERALL SUMMARY This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and professional Marketing and Communications team. The role holder will be responsible for the supporting the delivery of a strategic marketing plan for both the Workplace Financial Wellbeing and Direct Investment business channels that complement and support the CBAM business strategy and ensure that CBAM is marketing leading. Working closely with the Marketing Director, the role holder will support the delivery and activation of content across all channels with a specific focus on digital channels. A creative approach to problem-solving and attention to detail is essential, as well as the ability to bring new and innovative ideas. Proactivity and responsiveness is required at all times, as well as the ability to multi-task across a range of projects with multiple stakeholders at different levels across the business. They will also play an integral role in promoting and protecting the firm’s brand and reputation in and supporting a range of projects. Working closely with colleagues across the team to ensure consistency and the application of best practice, optimising use of systems, resources, budget and acting as a brand ambassador at all times. RESPONSIBILITIES Content Support the creation and delivery of a content strategy across the Workplace Financial Wellbeing and Direct Investment business channels – from ideation to activation Drive activation of the content strategy using digital channels, primarily via client emails, CMS and websites; and working closely with the team to ensure a cohesive digital marketing experience for both B2B and B2C clients Support with a variety of Workplace Financial Wellbeing campaigns to a B2B audience actively measuring and reporting on outcomes Follow brand and compliance sign off process on all content requirements Websites, client portal editor and digital tools CMS management, proactively developing and maintaining website content across a variety of client systems Publishing general website content and campaign pages, triaging team and stakeholder requests effectively, keeping content up to date following regulatory updates Working closely with the Digital team to ensure the sites align with the digital strategy Proactively report on website activity, email and campaigns – using or creating analytics dashboards as required Support analysis of data and understand trends/performance for digital channels Email Manage the data access process for client campaigns in accordance with regulatory and internal policy requirements Management of client email platform - maintaining and developing templates to ensure they are consistent and on brand, and ensuring marketing records are well maintained Manage regular email sends to specific client data sets in a well-prepared manner, ensuring that processes followed accurately and meet required timelines Support the activation of both B2B and B2C client experience survey programmes Stakeholder management Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, agencies, developers and IT to ensure digital channels and platforms are managed effectively and efficiently Support collaboration across the business and relevant teams through the sharing of expertise and content Brand Bring a consistent visual identity and tone of voice to messaging across digital platforms and communications Regulatory responsibilities ¦ Compliance/T&C Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business. Follow principles and rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the internal requirements set out in the Compliance Manual, local and Group Compliance and Risk policies WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE: Business A driven marketing and communications generalist with experience across the marketing mix Experienced and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment, comfortable multi-tasking across different projects and BAU simultaneously Experienced in the use of web CMS, social media, and email marketing tools.
