In this role, you will lead and optimise CRM strategies, focusing on driving customer engagement and delivering measurable results. Key Responsibilities:
1. List & Segment Management: Manage and optimise customer lists, flows, and segments within Klaviyo to maintain engagement and relevance.
2. Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyse CRM performance, providing actionable insights to enhance performance, deliverability, and key KPIs.
3. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage daily CRM campaigns, conducting A/B testing to fine-tune strategies for maximum impact.
4. Workflow & Hygiene Management: Ensure smooth customer journeys through effective management of workflows and maintaining data accuracy and list hygiene.
5. Collaboration with Customer Service: Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a steady flow of engaged leads that align with sales goals.
