The team at Mobius have decades of experience in innovation, creativity and technical wizardry in services across a broad range of sectors and are looking for an apprentice to support their project managers.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Supporting project managers and other key teams, you will learn a variety of responsibilities, including:
* Setting up jobs on the internal software system
* Liaising with customers, keeping them informed of project timescales
* Using the client portal
* Answering calls and replying to emails
* Arranging subcontractor visits
* Ordering materials
* Tracking progress and helping to ensure satisfactory project completion
* Working with the estimating team on quotes
* Adhoc project admin duties and assisting the project managers
Person Specification
* Good PC skills and fluency with a range of PC packages
* Ability to work to project targets and deadlines
* Ability to work on own initiative and to a high level of accuracy

You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships Associate Project Manager Level 4 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships are an Ofsted Outstanding rated provider and hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021.
