School Administrator Hourly Wage: From £14 Location: Kent Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, school hours) We are seeking a dedicated School Administrators to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a similar position, who is fully compliant with a clear enhanced DBS on the update service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the school operates smoothly and efficiently. Day-to-day of the role: Manage the reception area, greeting and directing visitors, and handling parent enquiries. Maintain accurate student records and staff files in compliance with data protection laws. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail. Assist with the organisation and storage of supplies and equipment. Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and support staff and teachers with administrative tasks. Process student applications and maintain updated records of student attendance and achievements. Ensure compliance with health and safety policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a School Administrator or similar administrative role. Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures in an educational setting. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Good IT skills and proficiency in MS Office. Must possess a clear enhanced DBS check on the update service and be fully compliant.
