An exciting opportunity has arisen for a subcontractor Purchase Ledger Accountant to work within a well-established construction company.
Candidate Duties:
* CIS treatments of subcontractor invoices and order.
* Ensuring that subcontractor payments are made in a timely manner.
* Ensuring that the company complies with CIS legislation.
* Overseeing a Finance Apprentice.
* Administer and pay subcontractor invoices and certified applications.
* Completing and submitting CIS monthly returns.
* Maintaining subcontractor files and information.
* Verify subcontractors using the HMRC system.
* Respond to queries from subcontractors.
* Great progression opportunities.
Candidate Specification:
* AAT Qualified.
* At least three years’ CIS experience.
* A track record of completing CIS returns and verifications.
