The Ryder Grill
The Ryder Grill & Kitchen is a 320-seat restaurant offering a range of menus from a 2-rosette À la Carte to chef’s table and Sunday Carvery. It features a theatre kitchen where steaks are prepared and cooked in view of guests. Our seasonal menus teach team members how to build, cost, and deliver dishes to guests. During busy evenings, the restaurant can serve up to 300 covers, excluding starters and desserts.
Salary
The role offers an on-target earning potential of £13.10 per hour, comprising a base rate of £12.21 and an estimated £0.80 in gratuities per hour, providing a rewarding compensation package.

Your duties as a bartender include:
* Welcoming guests politely and friendly
* Preparing drinks to a high standard
* Delivering an excellent guest experience from start to finish
* Confidently discussing menus, upselling, and engaging enthusiastically
* Taking orders and proactively meeting guest needs
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Assisting across outlets to ensure smooth resort operations
