Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement activities to meet organizational goals and ensure smooth operations. Create and manage purchase orders within SAP, including documenting supplier technical capabilities. Build and maintain strong relationships with direct suppliers to negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery of materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in procurement processes. Conduct regular reviews of supplier performance and implement improvements where necessary. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in procurement within an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or Tier One company. Proficiency in SAP, particularly in purchase order creation and technical capability documentation. Strong negotiation skills and ability to work directly with suppliers. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle procurement activities equivalent to 2 FTE workloads.
