An exciting opportunity to join our client in Corby has arisen. The role of Customer Services Coordinator involves supporting our client's services function reporting to the Customer Service Manager, with the utmost appreciation of the importance of delivering outstanding customer service.
The Successful Candidate Will:
1. Understand the importance of managing client SLAs and prioritizing customer calls.
2. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers alike.
3. Manage engineer schedules/diaries/route planning for customer repairs.
4. Handle customer services and general administration.
5. Manage stock for repairs purposes.
6. Be responsible for the warranty claims process.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can set their own daily routine, working in an organized and methodical manner.
Working hours are 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday, with a 16:00 finish on Fridays and there is 30 minutes allocated for lunch each day. Additionally, there is also 1 or 2 weekends a month to cover, which comes with an extra shift payment of £75 per day, so £150 per weekend worked.
