The Digital Media & Data Strategy team drives digital media excellence across the EMEA region. We create digital media execution strategies including digital KPIs across multiple digital channels, e.g., best practices across Paid Search, YouTube, Paid Social, Programmatic, etc. We partner with all our EMEA markets and align our execution strategies to ensure our media budgets deliver the highest ROI. We also choose and manage 3rd party partners and media agencies and their scope of works to ensure they deliver in line with our expectations and KPIs. Additionally, the team manages our CRM and 1st party data strategy which informs wider media execution.
The opportunity has opened up in the Regional Marketing, Digital Media & Data Strategy team. The role will be based in Slough, UK, reporting into the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing. The candidate will focus on the execution of our Paid Search and YouTube campaigns in the UK and Germany (including optimisation and reporting). This is a new capability we are creating in-house, which in the past was managed by an external agency. Additionally, the role will look after the overall strategy for Paid Search & YouTube, e.g., creating playbooks, working with our media agency, and our EMEA markets on driving execution excellence.

* Upskilling & training local digital teams
* GA Ownership, analysis across paid media channels, user journey analysis
* Input into our Digital Dashboards partnering with GBI team
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years digital marketing experience, including at least 2 years hands-on execution of paid search & YouTube campaigns
* Hands-on experience of digital platforms e.g., Google Ads, Meta
* Analytical prowess to drive optimisation of live campaigns in-house and with agency partners
* Highly self-motivated and proactive with an eye for detail
* Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and proactively drive toward results
* Collaborative style, with the ability to challenge existing norms and status quo
* Positive attitude. Someone who creates and fosters a positive team culture
* Adaptable/Flexible – able to handle change
* Ability to influence and drive best practices
