Supervision of team members to ensure all responsibilities are completed to appropriate standards to support the efficient running of Tryline coffee shop in line with contractual requirements. Providing excellent service to all clients in a professional, efficient and friendly manner at all times, ensuring the setup for breakfast/lunch, stock rotation, stock ordering, food safety and food waste management is in line with the requirements.
