Job summary The Cancer Services Team are looking for a Patient Pathway Co-ordinator to join our team. This is a pivotal role in the management of patients referred on urgent cancer suspected pathways. Patient Pathway Coordinators contribute to the management of the patient's pathway from referral to treatment, ensuring they are managed by the clinical team in a timely manner so that the Trust meets cancer waiting times targets and that quality surveillance measures are in place and reported. The team consists of approx 50 people in total who manage MDM's for Cancer patients, the cancer waiting times targets and the quality surveillance measures process for every cancer speciality across the Trust. The position is currently based at the Royal Sussex County in Brighton. Post pandemic, team members are also required to work from home.
