Accounts Administrator - Part Time - Belfast

Benefits:
1. Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 pro rata

Your focus will be to manage the smooth running of the finance operations and day to day office administration.
Duties will include:
1. Take the lead with credit control processes
2. Raising and managing purchase orders, invoice management
3. Overseeing the day to day operations of the office
4. Maintaining the office supply inventory and liaising with suppliers accordingly to ensure the smooth running of office operations
5. Answering the telephone, responding to email enquiries
6. Receiving and distributing incoming post
7. Provide additional administrative support
8. Provide support with preparation of weekly and monthly management reports and reporting packs as required
9. Creating invoices in line with operational and sales processes
10. Ensure the CRM is kept up to date in terms of customer activity e.g. customer deposit paid
11. Assist with monthly Client and Supplier Statement reviews
Criteria:
1. Good level of secondary education demonstrating high degree of numeracy & literacy.
2. Previous office management experience
3. Experience of credit control activities; raising purchase orders, processing invoices etc
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
6. Computer literate
7. Self-motivated, team player.
8. Good planning and organisational abilities and effective time management skills.
