Service Advisor - Aftersales Department
Location - Hull
Pay - 12.50 per hour
Hours 8am - 5pm
Mon - Fri (occasional weekend availability)
Temporary to Permanent
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between our customers and the workshop team, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality service experience. Your role will involve managing customer relationships, overseeing service processes, and delivering exceptional customer care at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing customer paperwork and administrative tasks
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization
Communicating with customers throughout the service or repair process
Processing payments and following up on outstanding actions
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in the motor industry or as a Service Advisor (preferred, but not essential)
No formal qualifications required
Strong computer skills
Excellent attention to detail
A proactive attitude with a drive to meet goals and deliver results
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure
