About You as HR Administrator:
We are looking for an HR Administrator to join the Love Finance team to assist with a backlog of HR administration to support our continued growth. This role will require a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. The right candidate for this role will be able to work autonomously with guidance from the Talent Manager.

Working Pattern: Monday to Wednesday in the office
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £23,900 pro rata
Experience: Strong fast-paced administration experience in a confidential administration position will be considered
Duties of the HR Administrator:
1. Assist with administrative requirements following the HR audit
2. Amend and resend accurate employment contracts
3. Update employment records
4. Digitalise employee files
5. Synchronise email chains to employees
6. Schedule employee meetings on behalf of the Talent Manager and HR and Recruitment Coordinator
7. Process a backlog of HR paperwork
8. Update policies and review timesheets on the HR system
9. Send payslips and P45s to leavers
10. Any other administration duties as required
