Sales Administrator
Location: Leamington Spa
Hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
12 month Fixed term contract

Role Overview: As a Sales Administrator, you will be the backbone of the sales and marketing teams, providing essential support and maintaining seamless communication with customers and suppliers. You will manage multiple projects, process orders, and monitor stock levels, all while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
Provide support to the sales and marketing teams.
Liaise with customers and suppliers daily, both in person and over the phone.
Manage multiple new and existing projects simultaneously.
Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries as the first point of contact.
Understand our full service offering and effectively communicate it to customers.
Maintain extensive communication with customers and colleagues.
Monitor stock levels across various accounts.
Accurately and efficiently process basic orders.
Collaborate with the external sales team.
Run reports and export data as needed.
Ideal Sales Administrator:
Previous administrative experience in a similar role is advantageous (full training provided).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem-solving abilities.
A team player capable of liaising with stakeholders at various levels.
