Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Nursing Associate to join the Devizes Community Team in Wiltshire. We work with a wide range of partner organisations to deliver care and support people in their own homes and from a number of hospitals and community bases. We focus on delivering care as close to home as possible. incorporating: Community Nursing, Clinical Leads, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Healthcare support workers, Rehab support workers and Care Coordinators.
