Purpose As an FP&A Manager at Causeway, you will be responsible for driving our financial planning and analysis processes, building our commercial pricing function, and delivering actionable insights that support our business growth. You will lead a team of Business Partners and analysts, ensuring excellence in both day-to-day FP&A operations and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Lead the monthly/quarterly forecasting process and annual budgeting cycle Drive operational reporting and KPI tracking Oversee variance analysis and provide insightful commentary Develop and maintain complex financial models Support strategic planning initiatives Business Partnering Manage the FP&A Business Partner team to ensure consistent delivery of financial support Coordinate cross-functional financial initiatives and reporting Standardize reporting and analysis across the business Investor Relations & Group Reporting Manage the preparation of investor materials Oversee the group reporting process and lead the production of management reports Ensure timely delivery of critical financial metrics Team Management Directly supervise and develop Business Partners Manage resource allocation and ensure the achievement of operational objectives Drive process improvement initiatives across the function Skills, Experience, And Qualifications Essential Technical Skills: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 5 years post-qualification experience Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems Solid understanding of SaaS metrics and KPIs Industry & Business Knowledge Experience within the SaaS/technology sector is preferred Familiarity with international business operations Experience preparing investor relations materials Knowledge of strategic planning processes Leadership & Personal Qualities Proven team leadership and development skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Demonstrable track record of process improvement Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset Additional Requirements Experience managing and developing teams Proven ability to implement process improvements Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Strong project management skills Benefits As a leader in employee engagement and people management, there are fantastic benefits and rewards at Causeway.
