Job title: Field Service Engineer
Salary: OTE £45,000 - £51,000 - Made up of a Basic salary £42,000 - £48,000 (depending on experience) + Monthly bonus scheme + company benefits + product specific training + company van + fuel card + tools + smart phone + tablet + optional weekend overtime + London waiting.

Role and responsibility:
1. Install, commission and set up coffee equipment delivering an excellent and unique customer experience.
2. Perform planned preventative maintenance on a broad range of equipment.
3. Carry out reactive breakdown and repair calls, always aiming for a first time fix on all equipment.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service through communication and operator training (e.g. operation and cleaning of coffee equipment).
5. Self-management of spare parts stock holding in company van.
6. Complete all necessary job cards and supporting documents.
7. Support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business.
8. Rota 1 in 4 weekend working (Saturday only) optional Sunday working for additional rate £250.
