Registered Manager
We are thrilled to announce that 360 CRS has acquired our first home in the North West region, designed to support up to three children in the local area.
We have an incredible opportunity for an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead this exciting new venture. You will be responsible for registering and managing the new children’s home, located in a picturesque rural village on the outskirts of Blackburn.

Duties/Responsibilities:
1. To lead the day to day running of all aspects of the home, including but not limited to quality assurance, high standards of care, recruitment, training, budgeting, staffing and health and safety of the premises.
2. To keep all children and young people within the service safe from harm and to report all matters of concern urgently to minimise any future impact.
3. To successfully register with Ofsted and ensure that the home meets all relevant regulatory standards.
4. Lead and inspire the support team; carry out effective inductions, probation reviews, supervisions, and formal assessments in line with staffing requirements, whilst maintaining a culture of openness, transparency and fairness within the home.
5. Recognise and assess individual children or young people’s needs and work collaboratively with multiple agencies to formulate a personalised care plan whilst promoting the social and emotional wellbeing and development of each child and young person.
6. To undertake responsibility for the financial management and budgeting of the home in accordance with the organisation's policies and procedures.
7. To actively prepare and support young people when leaving care to enable them to make a successful transition into adulthood.
To be considered for this opportunity at 360 CRS, you should have:
1. Level 5 Diploma for Leadership for Children & Young Peoples Residential pathway (or willing to work towards).
2. Experience working with Children and Young People in a residential care setting, most recently in a supervisory/management role within a residential setting.
3. A proven record as a registered manager or deputy manager with Ofsted.
4. An understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements and how these are practiced within a residential setting.
5. Ability to adapt to changing situations and work effectively under pressure.
6. A calm and exploratory approach to working with children and young people who have experienced significant trauma.
7. A Full UK Driving Licence and use of vehicle for Business Purpose.
8. Be confident with using IT including Office applications and web browsers.
