Collaborating closely with our trusted partners and our clients' internal teams, you will tackle complex business challenges while fostering strong relationships as a trusted advisor. Your responsibilities will include analysing and defining business requirements, designing and optimising processes, and providing valuable insights to help drive strategic decisions, all within agile methodologies. Responsibilities Liaise with senior stakeholders to understand and define business objectives and project scope. Conduct requirement gathering workshops to gather, refine, and challenge business, technical and non-functional requirements to ensure alignment with project goals. Translate business requirements into user stories and detailed design specifications. Advise stakeholders on key trade-offs between scope, schedule, and objectives to ensure successful outcomes. Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with business g o als and document functional specifications. Break down complex business problems, identify trends and recommend data-driven decisions. Analyse and map out existing insurance processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and proposing effective solutions. Identify potential risks and issues related to business requirements or project execution, working with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies. Leverage professional expertise to actively contribute to and lead hands-on project delivery for clients, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities and project demands. Skills & Requirements Proven experience in business requirements documentation and the ability to facilitate discussions with both technical and business stakeholders. Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication at all levels. Proficient with business analysis tools such as Microsoft Azure Dev O ps, JIRA, Confluence and other specific tools, systems or technologies relevant to the role. Proficiently apply Agile methodology throughout project lifecycles. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with ability to mediate and resolve conflicts between stakeholders with differing priorities. Experienced in applying change management concepts in project. Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and respect in interactions with colleagues and clients. Proven ability to mentor, lead, and inspire others, fostering their professional growth and success. Serves as a role model and ambassador, positively contributing to the company’s culture and growth trajectory.
