The SGF Healthy Living Programme are recruiting for a new Development Manager to cover the Fife/Lothians & Borders territory. This is part time postion covering 3 days a week. The SGF Healthy Living Programme is fully funded by the Scottish Government and has been running since 2004. The primary aim of the programme is to provide guidance and support for convenience retailers across Scotland in selling healthier products. The day-to-day role can vary greatly from store visits and working with convenience retailers, to working with retailers in local primary schools and serving primary pupils’ healthier options. You will be given the autonomy to create your own connections and relationships with retailers. Opportunities are there to develop the territory into your own and make a real impact on these stores and the community. HLP is not about selling a product, but a concept and we are there to guide consumers to purchase the healthier option through the FREE point of sale and initiatives that we produce. The successful candiaite will require energy, passion with good commuincation skills to help form working realationships with their customers. Full training will be provided. Both lone working and working as part of an established team is involved. Flexiblity in hours and working days is an option. Requirements: · Full driving license and own car are required. Business mileage will be reimbursed via monthly expense claims. · Retail experience preferrable but not essential.
