Job Title: Area Manager – Social Housing Location: Lincoln Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 Company Car & Fuel Card / or Car Allowance Client Overview: Our client, a leading provider in the social housing sector, specialises in repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment services. They are currently seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee social housing contracts in Lincoln. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Oversee a team of multi-skilled tradesmen, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of service. Contract Delivery: Assist with successful the delivery of social housing contracts, ensuring all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects meet Health and Safety standards, implementing safety procedures, and conducting regular site audits. Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, resolve any issues, and ensure work meets client expectations. Client Liaison: Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication. Reporting: Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress, issues, and performance. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in managing social housing contracts. Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-skilled teams. Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety procedures, with an SMSTS qualification. Strong communication and client relationship management abilities. Ability to manage performance and deliver projects successfully.
