5. Provide up-to-date data for each region relating to learner and agency needs.
6. Determine eligibility and suitability for the relevant opportunities.
7. Be active on social media to promote our opportunities when and where required.
8. Support activity towards candidate and employer engagement, as required.
9. Create timely and accurate reports regarding activity levels, candidate enquiries, and progress against targets.
10. Manage relationships with key suppliers, referral partners, and organisations locally to generate the maximum number of candidate referrals and employer leads.
11. Ensure the candidate recruitment process is followed to guarantee a high-quality recruitment experience.
12. Deliver outstanding Information, Advice, and Guidance to both internal and external customers and meet this grade in observations.
13. Attend learner/employer recruitment and marketing events to fill courses, build pipeline, and candidate pool.
14. Actively promote us in the local community.
15. Be willing to work in various areas across the country and promote a varied number of our opportunities.
Common Responsibilities:
1. Support our mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives.
2. Implement our Equality and Diversity policies and work actively to overcome discrimination on grounds of all protected characteristics.
3. Take responsibility for one’s own professional development and participate in relevant internal and external activities.
4. Implement our health and safety policies and practices.
5. Contribute to our commitment to continuous improvement as identified in our quality assurance systems.
