Mission
As an integral member of Re-certify’s team, the Office 365 Administrator will leverage their expertise in Microsoft 365 applications to facilitate seamless workflows, enhance collaboration, and ensure efficient management of documentation and processes related to IT asset disposition. This role is essential for driving innovation and operational excellence while upholding our commitment to data security.
Role Summary
In this position, you will utilize your experience with Microsoft 365 tools to manage documentation and support ITAD workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in applications including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Automate, and will work closely with various teams to streamline processes and resolve issues related to documentation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Document Management & Collaboration
* Utilize SharePoint for document storage, organization, and access control, ensuring that all IT asset disposition documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
* Manage Teams to facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring all project-related discussions and documents are well-documented and archived.
Workflow Optimization
* Implement and maintain Power Automate workflows to enhance productivity in reporting and documentation processes related to ITAD.
* Collaborate with team members to design and optimize workflows that streamline the approval and processing of ITAD-related paperwork.
User Support & Training
* Provide support to staff using Microsoft 365 applications, troubleshooting common issues related to document sharing, permissions, and application functionality.
* Develop and conduct training sessions to enhance staff proficiency in utilizing Microsoft 365 tools effectively for ITAD processes.
Reporting & Compliance
* Create and maintain reports on ITAD documentation status, user access, and workflow efficiency using Microsoft 365 applications.
* Ensure compliance with data retention and destruction policies as established by ITAD standards, utilizing Microsoft 365 tools to monitor and manage compliance.
Essential Requirements
* Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in using Microsoft 365 applications in a business environment, particularly SharePoint and Teams.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in utilizing Microsoft 365 apps for document management, collaboration, and workflow automation.
* Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ITAD environment.
* Desirable: Familiarity with IT asset disposition processes and data security regulations (e.g., NIST, GDPR).
