Our client, a luxury Office Space Group managing centrally-located and extremely desirable locations, are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic all-rounder to join their team.
Working across a crafted selection of client-based offices, this role will see you grow your skillset in a position which will see you take on, but not be limited to, responsibilities including:
1. Assisting with Administrative Requests
2. Assisting with client moves
3. Monitoring inboxes and dealing with day-to-day requests
4. Presenting to clients and promoting the brand positively
5. Strong in communication and organisation
6. Adapting to changing needs and ad hoc tasks
7. Working on Microsoft programs and email communications
8. Providing high standards of service
9. Working autonomously and within a team
10. Ensuring building standards and service are consistently maintained
11. Learning and adhering to procedures, always setting a positive example
12. Addressing client needs and queries promptly and effectively
13. Coordinating with Operations Teams for guest passes and maintaining stock of guest passes
14. Managing stationery, food, and drinks for head office
15. Monitoring and requesting supplies in serviced office offerings
16. Developing and maintaining relationships with colleagues and clients
