My client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee capital projects across a diverse portfolio of UK-based properties. This dynamic role involves managing a range of significant projects and the position requires regular travel to various locations across the UK, ensuring seamless project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
What you will need:
* Experience in managing multiple construction projects, including refurbishments and renovations in operational hotels, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
* Knowledge of CDM regulations, building standards, and health & safety compliance while confidently interpreting technical and architectural drawings.
