Senior Administrator/Reception Manager
We are looking for a self-motivated and organised person to join our team as a Senior Administrator and Reception Manager at Riviera Wellbeing Chiropractic and Wellness Centres.
About the Role
This is a very varied role and we need someone with a sense of humour, a love of people but who also has experience in team management. An attention to detail is necessary in this small but busy practice and a passion for excellent customer service is essential. Our patients are central to the service we provide and an excellent customer experience is at the heart of our business. As reception duties are part of this role we will be looking for candidates with:
* Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Experience working in a busy team environment
* Proficiency in working with IT for document creation and daily clinic management
You would be based at our Paignton practice with the main focus of your role to assist the owner/managers in the day-to-day running of our popular multidisciplinary complementary healthcare team. You would be intrinsic in helping both our reception team and practitioners alike to deliver a seamless and high-quality service to our patients. You would also need to be happy to turn your hand to different duties that the day-to-day running of a small business can throw up!
* Experience of Xero Accounting software and Hub Doc
* Team management skills
* Social media use within a small business may all be skills of interest to us
The right candidate will support and motivate the administrative workforce and be an excellent communicator to work between the managers, therapists, and patients. A flexible approach to work is desired in order to reflect the needs of the business – weekday working up to 8pm (1-2 days per week) and Saturday mornings until 1pm (alternate weeks) are part of this role.
We are looking for someone with ideas that they are keen to share and who will look for ways to develop and continue to improve our business both in terms of business management and operations.
Finding the right person for this role is essential for us and all training will be given. We recognise, however, experience managing a team, use of business management IT systems, marketing and social media skills, and running your own business will all show additional skills which we, as a small business, could make use of, so please in your application tell of other transferable skills you possess that you feel may be of use in this role.
Working Pattern
Initially 26 hours per week – to be negotiated as the role develops.
£26,500 - £29,150 pro rata with starting salary based on experience.
