My client based in the 5 Towns area of West Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Senior Business Support Manager to oversee several departments within the organisation principally customer service, sales & service.
I am looking for a dynamic and detail-focussed manager to join my client a fast-paced and growing company who has been in business for over 40 years.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency within a busy office that supports various other departments to include multiple sales departments, service and finance in a commercial environment. A strong background in IT systems, and process improvement is essential, vehicle or logistics or similar industry knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Improvement & Optimisation
* Analyse and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations.
* Collaborate with multiple internal departments, sales, service and finance to ensure a high level of support
* Assist in financial reporting
* Support the sales team with operational processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
