Your Role As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll: Collaborate closely with Associate Directors and Directors to manage key accounts. Build and develop your own portfolio in your designated sector. Work alongside a team renowned for its connections with leading Industrial/Driving firms. What’s in It for You? Earning potential: Year 1 OTE: £65k Year 2 OTE: £70-80k Year 3 OTE: £85-90k Year 4 OTE: £100k Commission structure: Earn up to 25%. Pension scheme: Comprehensive and competitive. Negotiate offers and foster long-term client-candidate relationships. Stay informed about industry trends to refine recruitment strategies.
